Donor CRM

A key strategic project to expand total contract values, reduce churn, and increase addressable market. Our donor CRM project was initially an MVP building on the existing technology stack used for AwardSpring Scholarship Management.

Donor management was a key project, initially proposed in 2021. The early mock ups were used to pitch potential investors to secure another round of funding. We expanded the software development and product teams to bring this project to market as a second product offered by AwardSpring in addition to our existing scholarship management platform.
